Birthday Beach Bash

Our dear little friend Cian turned 4 and invited us to his birthday party on the beach. The weather was absolutely perfect... a warm 76 degrees with a slight breeze. And even though the water was too cool to swim, the kids had a blast playing around in it. Here he's having a splash fight with one of his friends.

The breeze was just right for flying kites.

Even the littlest of the kids could handle their kites all by themselves!

Some were more interested in posing for the camera.

Cian wanted to fly his kite as high as possible, letting out all of the string.

And what would a birthday party be with out cake?

Wedded Bliss

On one of my first posts, I put up a picture from Paul and Helen's wedding. Now that I'm sooooooo much more computer savey, I thought I'd post some pictures from the actual ceremony. It was a simple ceremony in the park across the street from their house with their family and friends in attendance.

It's Nice to Have Friends

This is my friend Stephanie. We met during a photo shoot at the St Petersburg Art Center. She's a photographer too. Usually us photographers don't like to be in front of the camera. We prefer staying behind the lens. Stephanie doesn't seem to mind at all does she?

The Littlest Pirates

We went to the Gasparilla Kids Parade last weekend and I couldn't help but take pictures of all the cute pirates dressed up and looking for some beads.

There were some little ones.

And some not so little ones.

There were some determined ones.

And some pretty ones.

And some not so well behaved ones too!!

Baby Love

There is no better love than baby love. That unconditional acceptance and admiration you see in their eyes. The way their eyes follow you and fill with anticipation waiting for the next great thing you're going to do.

Makes me want another one. Don't tell my husband.

Future Teacher

This cute little guy showed up at the PTA meeting this week even though he's not quite old enough for school. Talk about your headstart program!

Farmers Market

We went down to the farmers market to grab a bite to eat and look around. Why is it every thing looks better out in the fresh air?
